Overview of the role

Provide direct psychiatric patient care to adult patients in a 120-bed inpatient facility

Work Monday through Friday

Hours 8-5 (with some scheduling flexibility)

Collaborate with full-time nurse practitioner

Typical case load 12-16 patients/day

Primarily inpatient, may include occasional coverage of PHP/IOP and telemedicine consults

Unit has UR and social worker

Daily treatment team meetings

Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage

Requirements

Must be board certified/eligible

Must be licensed in the state of Indiana

Compensation

Generous base salary

Quality/productivity bonus

After hour call coverage (rotation/voluntary)
