Job Summary: This Family Medicine position involves providing comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosing, treating, and managing both acute and chronic illnesses. Responsibilities

Patient Care: Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.

Preventative Care: Conduct routine check-ups, health-risk assessments, immunizations, and screening tests.

Patient Education: Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.

Care Coordination: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Culturally Competent Care: Deliver care that respects the cultural values and practices of the Tulalip community.

Medical Procedures: Perform minor surgical procedures, wound care, and other medical interventions as needed.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Community Health: Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs to promote wellness.

Compensation $254,000 – $343,000 based on experience.

Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (8 hours of administrative time allotted per week.)

Setting Primary care, all ages.

Patient Demographics Tulalip Tribes and other Native American communities. The health center serves individuals across all age groups, from infants to the elderly.

Qualifications & Requirements

Any state license – *WA license will be needed within 6 months of permanent hire*.

3 years. OB/ prenatal experience preferred.

Primary Care Clinic Covid Vaccine Required

Current BLS

Board Certified/Eligible

Support Staff 1 Medical Director, 1 Family Medicine Physician and 3 APCs.
