As an AI Value Delivery Lead, you operate like a

forward‑deployed expert consultant

for Klarity customers and help build our AI Delivery function. You’ll own the critical path from contract signature through early value realization, ensuring customers achieve their goals on Klarity… not just a successful onboarding.

This Is First‑of‑its‑kind Role — We’re Looking For

Understanding of great operational design and familiarity with process engineering, knowing the importance of having just the right level of structure.

Ability to think abstractly and speak at all levels: Executive Facilitation & Storytelling, User Journey Design, Customer Experience & Product.

Design thinking depth, change management skills and a builder mindset. A player‑coach who can multiply teams with your experience and make it scalable with AI.

Outcome oriented and creatively scrappy: Hypothesize, hustle and hone. Knows when to bend frameworks, creates 2‑way doors, technological self‑starter and treats setbacks as learning opportunities.

Serving as a connective tissue between

Sales, Product and Engineering , you’ll turn field learnings into scalable playbooks, product improvements and customer outcomes.

Portfolio / Span of Control: ~10‑15 enterprise customers | $3‑5 M ARR ownership

What You’ll Do

Accelerated value realization: Act as a strategic advisor orchestrating and executing Time‑to‑Value Realization (TTVR) plans with the AI Solutions Specialist team that get customers to their magic milestones within 20‑30 days.

Internal innovation & optimization: Continuously assess the ‘what,’ ‘why,’ and ‘how,’ and find ways to enhance our processes, infrastructure, and technology to increase the future scalability of post‑sales & value realization.

Who You Might Be

You’ve worked in top‑tier consulting (e.g. McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or within UX / Transformation / ops roles at enterprise scale.

You’ve partnered with clients or internal teams on large‑scale operational initiatives and have the presence to advise VPs and C‑level execs.

Bonus if you’ve created apps, coded, written workflows, or partnered deeply with engineering/product teams.

Six Sigma experience preferred but not required! You’ve experienced traditional transformation, know it doesn’t need to be so difficult and you're motivated to solve it with AI.

Primary KPIs What success looks like:

Value Realization Attainment across your customers (SLA)

Customer Experience & Implementation Health (Index Percentages)

NRR & GRR based on book of business

Internal optimization (process improvements deployed + impact)

A 1‑2 week work pilot is part of the application which will include

Design Thinking: Build a canonical event model along the Klarity customer lifecycle

Internal process optimization: Tackle one bottleneck in the onboarding / value realization workflow (we’ll give you options)

Prototype a tool: Use internal tools to build an agent or automation that addresses an existing hurdle for the team.

Cross‑Functional Communication: Present lifecycle insights & internal optimization as an Executive Readout. Conduct change deployment in Operator Working Session.
