The Associate / Senior Associate will be a key member of the investment team, involved in all phases of the deal lifecycle—from sourcing and evaluation to execution and portfolio management. This role offers significant responsibility and exposure to senior leadership. Responsibilities
Source and evaluate investment opportunities through research and relationship-building. Develop detailed financial models and conduct valuation analyses (LBO, DCF, comps). Coordinate due diligence across financial, commercial, and legal workstreams. Prepare investment committee presentations and support deal execution. Work with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives, KPI tracking, and add‑on acquisitions. Qualifications
Associate:
2-4 years in investment banking, transaction advisory, or private equity. Senior Associate:
4-6+ years with prior private equity experience. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Seniority Level
