Fairview Lakes Medical Center
in Wyoming, MN.
Practice Details
Join a team of 15 Physicians and 7 APRNs/PAs
FTE: 0.7-1.0
Fairview Lakes Medical Center is a 65 licensed bed facility and 24 bed ED
Level IV Trauma Center
Department sees an average of 77 patients per day
Annual Emergency Department volumes: 28,000
Approximately 15% of the Emergency Department visits are pediatrics
Physician shift times are 8-10 hours during the week and 10-12 hours on weekends.
APRNs/PAs Coverage 10a-8p most days
Fully integrated
Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited ACGME Emergency Medicine training program
BC/BE with American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association
Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure
Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
