As an
Engagement Manager
at Dealops, you’ll operate at the intersection of customers, product, and operations. You’ll own high-value customer engagements end-to-end - driving fast time-to-value and turning real-world learnings into inputs that shape how the product evolves. You’ll lead customers through launches, drive adoption of new AI capabilities, and act as a long-term strategic partner. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll help define how Dealops delivers AI-native pricing solutions at scale and codify best practices for AI-powered pricing. This is an
in-person role based in our San Francisco office. What you’ll own
Customer outcomes, end-to-end : Own launches, experiments, and expansions for key strategic customers - accountable for adoption and impact 1 → 10 execution : Turn early customer work into repeatable playbooks, operating models, and best practices that scale across customers From fieldwork to product leverage : Translate real customer pain points into clear product requirements, roadmap inputs, and GTM insights that shape what we build and how we sell Path to Product Management : Use customer-led insights to take ownership of defined product areas over time - progressing from leading engagements to owning product spaces What makes you a fit
2–5 years in a client-facing role
(top-tier consulting or investment banking, or BizOps / operations at a high-growth startup) Proven ability to take
ambiguous problems from 0 → 1
and drive them to real outcomes Strong business judgment with demonstrated interest in moving into Product Management Experience with B2B pricing, GTM tooling, or AI-powered products a plus What we offer
