Job Description
Are you passionate about the future of stablecoin payments and driven by opportunities to scale new products and businesses? As the Visa Crypto Solutions Sales Leader, you will be responsible for a team that works across all Visa client types, providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise on crypto and stablecoins, and driving deals and activations of Visa crypto products and services.
Requirements: experienced sales professional, identify deals, develop tactics, manage teams to bring opportunities to revenue, coordinate with product, strategy, risk, legal, and finance.
Responsibilities include:
Build and manage a specialized sales team educating clients on Visa crypto solutions and executing new growth opportunities.
Execute go‑to‑market strategy for Visa Crypto solutions globally, collaborating with regional counterparts.
Establish training, tooling, and sales operations specific to Visa Crypto across account and sales teams.
Serve as a subject‑matter expert internally and externally, leading training and articulating Visa’s position on crypto and stablecoins.
Establish processes for input and provide client feedback to influence product strategy and roadmap.
Oversee executive planning and reporting.
This is a hybrid position; office day expectation confirmed by Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 10+ years with an advanced degree, or 5+ years with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications:
15+ years with a Bachelor’s, or 12+ years with an advanced degree.
Financial services, crypto, and/or payments industry experience required.
Track record of planning, managing, and closing complex sales efforts.
Sales leadership experience strongly preferred.
High product acumen and solutions mindset.
Strategic initiatives, policies, and operational decisions implementation record.
Strategic thinking and thought leadership on stablecoins and blockchain.
Teamwork, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Partner, communicate and manage through multiple disciplines.
Managing up, building executive communications.
Influence senior management and navigate ambiguous environments.
Executive presence, strong written and oral communication.
Operating role at a startup or high‑growth company preferred.

Work Hours:
Varies with department needs.
Travel Requirements:
5–10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements:
Office setting, sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, operate standard office equipment.
