Build a Market from Scratch: Shape our go-to-market strategy and establish a dominant presence in the US.
Lead the Sales Cycle: Drive deals end-to-end, from prospecting to contract negotiation, and build strong client relationships.
Revolutionize Retail: Introduce innovative AI technology that is transforming the way retailers operate.
Collaborate with a World-Class Team: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure client success.

Senior Leadership Responsibilities
Lead sales strategy and execution for North America, focusing on market penetration and revenue growth.
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the mid‑enterprise segment (average deal size: $80K‑$100K).
Apply a consultative selling methodology (e.g., Gap Selling) to uncover and solve customer challenges.
Drive end‑to‑end sales cycles, from prospecting through contract negotiation.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Represent us at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
Significant experience driving market entry and penetration for companies entering the U.S. market.
Deep expertise in the retail industry and selling ERP‑integrated software solutions.
Proven track record of selling AI‑based enterprise software to mid‑enterprise clients.
Background in Solution Engineering or consulting with top firms (e.g., Deloitte).
Strong "hunter" mentality with the ability to create a pipeline from scratch.
Familiarity with Theory of Constraints (TOC) methodology is a strong plus.
Several years of experience as an organizational Pre‑Sales leader, followed by a transition into a VP or Sr. Director Sales role.
A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management is preferred.
