We’re partnering with a leading industry company with a hybrid role that offers a unique opportunity to influence measurement strategies within the digital advertising space and support the growth of top clients.

Base pay range $90.00/hr – $120.00/hr
Responsibilities
Drive performance optimization for key advertisers through experimental design, causal analytics, and solution prototyping.
Develop and oversee measurement, research, and learning plans aligned with clients’ media objectives and partnership growth.
Create strategies and roadmaps for ads measurement and insights tailored to the gaming industry or verticals.
Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to identify, prototype, and scale innovative measurement solutions.
Lead the development of custom meta-analyses to assess marketing strategy impacts across digital platforms.
Qualifications
Over 5 years of advanced analytics and measurement experience within a tech company, media agency, or research firm.
Proven ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights, with strong communication skills.
In-depth understanding of measurement concepts, statistical fundamentals, and ad efficacy solutions.
Expertise in areas such as MMM, sales lift, brand lift, or econometrics modeling.
Proficiency with analytical tools like SQL, R, or SAS, and the ability to interpret and communicate performance insights effectively.
