The Strategic Litigation team is also responsible for working with our Redistricting, Voting Rights, and Campaign Finance teams on matters that arise from those groups, as well as defending and promoting election reforms such as ranked choice voting.

They also include advising on federal, state and local legislation on subjects within the purview of the Strategic Litigation team, including drafting testimony and testifying as appropriate.

Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel are eligible to take part in CLC’s hybrid work policy.
