Gastroenterologist – Bradenton, FL
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Gastroenterologist to join a well-established and growing single-specialty private practice consisting of four physicians, located in Bradenton, Florida. This position offers a balanced mix of outpatient and inpatient care, procedural responsibilities, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Compensation and Opportunities
Competitive compensation with base salary and productivity-based incentive options
New physicians may choose between a base-plus-productivity model or a pure productivity compensation structure
Partnership track available within 12–18 months, offering multiple income streams including ASC, anesthesia, pathology, infusion, research, imaging, and call coverage
Partner earning potential in the 99th percentile nationally

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage conditions affecting the gastrointestinal tract, liver, and pancreas
Perform endoscopic procedures, including colonoscopies, upper endoscopies (EGDs), and other diagnostic and therapeutic interventions
Develop individualized care plans incorporating medical, dietary, and procedural treatment options
Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialty providers to ensure continuity of care
Interpret diagnostic studies including biopsies, imaging, and laboratory results
Educate patients and families on digestive health, treatment plans, and preventive care
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the EMR system
Stay current with advancements in gastroenterology through continuing education and professional development
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and best practices
Participate in a 1:5 call rotation for after-hours clinic patient phone coverage
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology
Completion of an accredited Gastroenterology fellowship
ERCP and/or EUS experience preferred, but not required
Active or eligible Florida medical license and DEA certification
Strong proficiency in diagnostic evaluation and endoscopic procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset
Demonstrated commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care
Proficiency with EMR systems and accurate clinical documentation
