Job Description
This role will provide strategic leadership and oversight of X‑energy’s IT project management function within the IT‑PMO, IT Governance, and IT Quality teams. The Director will:
Ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of the company’s IT project portfolio while maintaining alignment with established governance frameworks and quality standards.
Lead a team of IT Project Managers, establishing project‑management methodologies and governance frameworks that align project initiatives with X‑energy’s strategic objectives.
Serve as the primary interface between IT leadership, business stakeholders, and the PMO and Quality organization to drive operational excellence, resource optimization, and successful project outcomes.
