Credentialing is 30 days w / active license and clean background. Assignment Details : Assignment start date : June / July 2024. Start date will be confirmed upon successful completion of credentialing. Assignment duration : 3-month assignment with the possibility to extend. Work schedule : Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per / week. This is an 8-hour work day w / 1 hour unpaid lunch. OP ambulatory services, family medicine, walk-in / acute care services, chronic disease management. Advanced Practitioners must have a minimum of two years experience.
