At Intermountain Health you’ll practice family medicine at Holy Rosary Primary Clinic in Miles City, Montana. The role supports patients first, with a collaborative team and access to Intermountain specialists. Responsibilities
Provide full spectrum family medicine care with standard clinic hours (M-F, 4 10‑hour days). Collaborate with onsite specialties, visiting providers, and hospital partners. Potential OB/GYN support and pediatric call with partnered providers. Participate in EPIC EMR and Intermountain program initiatives. Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited program. Residency in family medicine. Board certification or eligibility. Unobstructed Montana medical license or ability to obtain one. Active Intermountain credentialing process completion. Passion for rural family medicine. Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base $345,000 + production incentive. Quality bonus $15,000. Relocation bonus up to $20,000 and $25,000 starting bonus. $250,000 student loan repayment bonus (PSLF eligible). Paid time off, malpractice insurance, annual CME allowance. Medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, pet coverage. Eligibility for J1 and H1B. Location
