Pediatric Neurologist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a full‑time pediatric neurologist to join a growing, multidisciplinary pediatric neuroscience team. The physician will provide comprehensive neurological care to infants, children, and adolescents in a compassionate, family‑centered environment while collaborating closely with specialists across multiple disciplines to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage pediatric patients with a broad range of neurological and neurodevelopmental conditions, including epilepsy, headaches and migraines, neurogenetic and neuromuscular disorders, developmental delay and ADHD, movement disorders, and neuroimmunologic conditions.
Perform and interpret neurodiagnostic studies such as EEGs and EMGs, as appropriate to training and credentialing.
Develop and implement individualized treatment and management plans for patients and families.
Provide inpatient neurology consultations at affiliated hospitals as needed, maintain an outpatient clinical volume of approximately 8–12 patients per day.
Participate in a shared on‑call rotation with other pediatric neurologists.
Collaborative & Interdisciplinary Care
Work closely with pediatric subspecialists, advanced practice providers, therapists, and allied health professionals.
Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and care coordination meetings.
Communicate effectively with referring physicians, primary care providers, therapists, and school personnel regarding patient care plans.
Academic & Professional Development
Participate in teaching activities involving medical students, residents, and fellows (if applicable).
Contribute to research, publications, or quality improvement initiatives based on interest and experience.
Maintain current knowledge through CME, conferences, and professional society involvement.
Administrative & Compliance
Complete accurate and timely electronic medical documentation.
Maintain all required licensure, credentialing, and certifications.
Adhere to institutional quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Neurology.
Active or eligible state medical license.
Strong clinical foundation in general pediatric neurology.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient‑care skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Fellowship training or subspecialty expertise (e.g., epilepsy, neuromuscular, neurogenetics, neuroimmunology, movement disorders).
Experience with EMR systems.
Interest in research, education, or program development.
Schedule & Work Environment
Full‑time position.
Primarily outpatient care with limited inpatient consult coverage.
Shared rotating call schedule.
