to join our primary care team at
M Health Fairview Clinic Midway . This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving practice with multiple on‑site specialties and a long‑tenured, highly experienced support staff.
Practice Details
12 provider primary care practice with more than 7 specialists onsite.
Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day.
34 patient contact hours per week.
Call Frequency: 1:18 low intensity – phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage.
Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
Overview Fairview Health Services is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our busy primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic Midway. This clinic serves a variety of patients from pediatrics to geriatrics, including college students, immigrants and refugees.
Opportunity to provide care for a diverse panel of patients.
Responsibilities
13 provider primary care practice.
Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day.
Full time is 34 patient contact hours per week.
Call Frequency: approximately 1:10 – phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage.
Openings: 1.0 FTE (Full Time) Flexible schedule.
Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency training program.
Board Certified / Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.
Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
Income Details
Resident stipend, medical school assistance, sign‑on bonus and relocation available.
