We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cataract Surgeon to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for a surgeon who enjoys a high-volume cataract practice, premium IOLs, and comprehensive eye care. While general ophthalmology is part of the role, the primary need is cataract surgery. What Youll Do
Perform cataract surgery (including premium lenses and advanced technologies) Conduct comprehensive exams and manage ocular conditions such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration Provide pre- and post-operative care for cataract patients Collaborate with a strong team of ODs, techs, and surgical staff Maintain accurate documentation and clinical compliance Qualifications
MD/DO with completion of an ophthalmology residency Board certified or board eligible Active or eligible for Florida medical license Strong cataract surgery skills; comfort with premium IOLs preferred Excellent patient communication and clinical judgment Why Join Magruder Eye
