A busy, thriving urology private practice in Lubbock, Texas, is looking to recruit a new partner to join their growing team. The 3.5‑million population draw area, including out‑of‑state patients, provides strong earning potential from day one, with new patients being sent directly to the incoming physician.
About Us Join the team at Lubbock Urology Clinic, a well‑established multi‑physician practice with locations on both North and South in Lubbock, TX. Our skilled team of physicians and advanced practice providers is committed to delivering comprehensive, cutting‑edge urologic care, staying abreast of the latest procedures and technologies to ensure optimal outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality clinical care to patients in inpatient/outpatient settings
Diagnose, treat, and manage urologic conditions
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Contribute to practice development and growth initiatives
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Completion of Urology residency and fellowship
Board‑certified or board‑eligible required
Eligible for medical licensure in Texas
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Commitment to compassionate, patient‑centered care
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary based on MGMA data
Exceptional earning potential: after the first year, physicians can expect to make $1.2+ million annually on fee‑for‑service collections
Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, etc.)
Signing bonus $50,000 and relocation stipend $15,000
Retirement plan options
CME allowance and professional development support
Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
Opportunities for ancillary practice partners (real estate, PCR, Auto UA, in‑house pharmacy, MRI Fusion, etc.)
Partnership within the private practice and surgical specialty hospital and ASC after the first year

No requirement for city call; participation optional
