Honolulu, HI . This full‑time, direct‑hire position offers a competitive salary of $86,170 per year plus eligibility for a hiring bonus up to $1,000. Key Responsibilities
Direct and supervise all store operations, including sales, margins, labor, and expense control. Align store performance with company goals, values, and established standards. Ensure effective utilization of staff, resources, and operational systems. Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and respond to concerns with urgency. Promote a customer‑first environment and uphold Foodland service standards. Hire, train, develop, and evaluate team members. Provide supervision and guidance to ensure operational success. Ensure adherence to company policies and safety requirements. Maintain compliance with required health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Position Requirements
Minimum 5 years in the supermarket industry. Prior management experience. Must reside on the island to be considered. Must pass cashier training, office clerk training, and math testing after hire. Experience in cash handling and operational management. Valid Driver’s License required. TB clearance (or obtain). Ability to work at other store locations as needed. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to maintain profitability and meet sales targets. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced retail setting. Benefits
