As a VP Strategy, you will lead client engagements with complete autonomy, partner closely with account, creative, CRM & social strategy colleagues, establish cross‑channel vision, and execute from briefing to launch. You’ll present strategy frequently to clients and mentor a team of strategists, building best practices for the Brand and Experience Strategy team. Responsibilities

Provide cross‑channel marketing program leadership for owned digital experiences, stewarding activation across owned and paid channels. Define a digital program's strategic vision and business goals to guide strategy development and execution to drive client business performance. Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and develop recommendations and solutions. Create compelling strategies for global 360 campaigns, including communication frameworks and digital & social activations. Act as voice of consumer, developing inspiring creative briefs and strategies to bring campaigns to life. Be the trusted expert on all things consumer & culture related. Collaborate with creative teams to guide ideas strategically. Create digital roadmaps to guide execution of programs and initiatives. Engage with clients to identify key strategic challenges and evaluate scope of engagement. Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions. Mentor mid‑level talent and support career development. Scope and drive development of engagements (scoping, timing, deliverables, effort). Identify new opportunities and bring ideas to clients to help grow account revenue. Contribute to staffing and resourcing, advocating for strategic needs across the account. Proactively offer and create solutions that improve Strategy processes and elevate its outputs. Qualifications

12+ years developing marketing strategies at an agency, consultancy or within a marketing department. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members. Experience orchestrating strategic activations, delivering personas, customer journeys, communication architectures, and program strategies. Strong presenter who compels internal teams and clients through storytelling. Effectively communicate complex ideas to internal and external stakeholders. Continuously move work forward with a willingness to take action. Skilled in insight development and strategic direction from primary and secondary research, ethnography, focus groups and digital behavioral data. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Experience advising clients (VP‑to C‑level) on strategic considerations and best practices for building effective digital programs and organizations. A curiosity to stay up‑to‑date with emerging trends and technologies in the digital advertising industry. Benefits
