About the Company Our client, a fast-growing marketplace startup, is seeking multiple Content Marketing Leads to craft the stories that define its brand and fuel its growth. This is a high-impact opportunity for creative storytellers who blend strategic thinking with flawless execution, someone who writes with precision, thinks visually, and knows how to turn complex ideas into content that moves people and drives results.

About the Role As a Content Marketing Lead, you'll partner directly with the Marketing Lead and the Heads of Supply and Demand to shape the company's narrative across all channels. You'll own both strategy and execution—building the content roadmap, writing compelling stories, creating visuals, and ensuring what you publish actually gets seen. This role is ideal for someone who's equal parts strategist, creator, and operator—hands‑on marketer who can move fast, experiment, and scale what works.

Responsibilities

Own the content roadmap and decide what stories to tell, when, and where.

Turn customer wins, product updates, and founder POVs into content that drives engagement and growth.

Manage storytelling and creative direction across multiple formats and channels.

Content Creation & Distribution

Write blogs, newsletters, case studies, videos, and social posts (especially LinkedIn).

Own the full content calendar, ensuring consistent production and distribution.

Push content beyond creation—drive visibility, engagement, and audience growth.

Data & Optimization

Run experiments to understand what resonates with the audience.

Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy using data‑driven insights.

Product, Brand & GTM Support

Partner with cross‑functional teams to create sharp, channel‑specific content that supports launches, announcements, and initiatives.

Shape and uphold the brand's voice across all customer touchpoints.

Qualifications

2 to 4 years of experience creating and executing content marketing at a startup or growth‑stage company (Series A or B ideal).

Proven ability to produce high‑quality content at speed—blogs, emails, social media, customer stories, and visuals.

A portfolio showcasing storytelling range, creativity, and measurable impact.

Strong writing skills paired with an eye for design and aesthetics.

Experience tracking performance data and aligning content to business goals.

Degree in Marketing, English, Literature, or Journalism (preferred).

Intellectual curiosity, creative experimentation, and a willingness to get scrappy.

Excitement for early‑stage environments, comfortable building from 0‑1.
