This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 3+ years of patent litigation experience and a strong technical background who is eager to work on sophisticated matters for leading technology companies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage patent litigation matters, including infringement contentions and Markman proceedings
Conduct written and oral fact and expert discovery
Work closely with partners, clients, engineers, and technical experts
Collaborate on complex, multi-jurisdictional and global litigation matters
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in patent litigation
Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply with engineers and developers
Confidence working directly with sophisticated technology clients
Admission to practice law and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Education
Degree in engineering, applied physics, mathematics, computer science, or a related technical field
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
Skills
Excellent litigation and case management abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, global firm environment
