We are seeking an experienced
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
to join our global executive team, based in
Fremont, CA , to support the company’s next phase of international growth and operational excellence.
About Gotion Founded in 2006, Gotion High-tech is a global leading company in EV batteries and energy storage solutions, covering battery cells, PACK systems, BMS and ESS. We’ve built a global footprint spanning Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia. We deliver localized production, reliable supply chains, and customer-centric solutions tailored to the North American market.

Responsibilities
Lead and oversee global operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, quality, delivery, and operational strategy.
Drive operational scalability and efficiency to support rapid international business growth.
Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to translate strategy into execution.
Build and lead high-performing international management teams.
Coordinate across global sites, including North America, China, and other key regions.
Support major strategic partnerships and key customer engagements when needed.
Qualifications
10 + years' of executive experience (COO / VP / Head of Operations or equivalent) in EV, automotive, battery, energy, or advanced manufacturing industries.
Proven track record of scaling complex organizations and global operations.
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
Fluent in English; bilingual in English and Mandarin is strongly preferred.
Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills.
