Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
to lead the company’s global financial function. The CFO will partner directly with the CEO to scale the business, raise capital, manage U.S.–Korea financial structures, establish financial discipline, and build the long-term financial strategy for rapid international growth. This role is ideal for someone who has experience with
SaaS, startups, venture financing, U.S. GAAP, corporate structure, and multi-entity (US/Korea) operations . Strategic Financial Leadership
Develop and lead the company’s
financial strategy , long-term business model, and revenue scaling plan. Build
financial forecasts, budgets, and performance KPIs
aligned with product growth and enterprise sales expansion. Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and board, providing accurate financial insights and scenario planning. Lead
Bridge Round and Series A
fundraising, including valuation strategy, investor pipeline management, and due diligence. Oversee financial modeling, data rooms, and investor reporting. Manage cap table, SAFE, convertible notes, stock options, and equity structure. Financial Operations & Controls
Oversee accounting, AR/AP, payroll, FP&A, and monthly/quarterly financial closing. Build internal controls, expense policies, revenue recognition policies (SaaS), and auditing frameworks. Manage cross-border finance between
Ianai Systems Inc.
and
Ianai Korea , including transfer pricing, intercompany transactions, and compliance. Ensure compliance with
U.S. GAAP , federal/state tax laws, and Korea corporate/tax regulations. Manage U.S. and Korea tax filings, R&D credits, VAT, payroll tax, and subsidiary governance. Work closely with legal counsel on contracts, employee equity plans, and board governance. Business & Pricing Strategy
Drive pricing and monetization strategy for ERP SaaS, modules, and add-ons. Build a scalable billing and revenue management structure (Stripe, B2B invoicing, metered usage, etc.). Team Building
Build and lead a finance team (accounting, FP&A, HR/finance admin). Establish financial dashboards, reporting systems, and budgeting processes for rapid scaling. Qualifications Minimum Requirements
7+ years experience in financial leadership roles. Experience in
SaaS ,
enterprise software , or
tech startup . Deep understanding of
fundraising, investor relations, and startup finance mechanics (SAFE, convertible notes, equity distribution) . Strong proficiency in
U.S. GAAP
and financial modeling. Ability to operate in
fast-paced startup
(hands-on + strategic). Preferred
Experience managing
multi-entity global structure
(especially US–Korea). Prior CFO, VP Finance, or Head of Finance at a high-growth startup. Experience with
ERP, manufacturing, WMS, or enterprise software
companies. Background working with VCs, PE, or institutional investors. CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred but not required. Personal Attributes
