Our client in the luxury tableware industry is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team and manage the Western Region. This role focuses on cultivating relationships with luxury retailers, high‑end restaurants, and five‑star hotels by creating tailored strategies to showcase the brand’s exceptional product offerings and achieve sales targets. Your primary goal will be to expand the presence of the client’s high‑end tableware and luxury goods in upscale hospitality venues and luxury retail stores. You will also manage existing accounts to drive sales growth while identifying new opportunities within the territory.
Base pay range:
$100,000 – $110,000 per year. OTE: $110,000 – $125,000 plus bonus and benefits.
Benefits:

Travel:
Up to 60% of the time; WFH when not traveling.
Schedule:
Monday – WFH; Tuesday‑Friday – Client meetings in the territory.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales strategies for the Western territory.
Build and maintain relationships with luxury retailers and hospitality clients.
Conduct regular client visits to promote products and build rapport.
Create tailored sales strategies to secure new retail and hospitality clients.
Track sales metrics and prepare reports for management.
Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the brand.
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction are met.
Collaborate with stores on product displays and merchandising standards.
Travel weekly throughout the territory.
Meet annual goals and measurable non‑revenue objectives.
Qualifications
3+ years of high‑end/luxury goods or services B2B sales experience.
2+ years of selling to high‑end/luxury retail or hospitality clients.
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 60% of the time).
