Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 annually

We are looking for a technical architect who can turn concepts into tangible results and inspire a motivated group of young professionals.
Responsibilities
Turn our collective design vision into reality through technical excellence.
Elevate our quality of design through quality control and management processes.
Build a culture of design and quality among our team.
Provide leadership and direction to advance collective knowledge.
Innovate quality of design through building consensus based on expert knowledge.
Develop sustainable, resilient, and innovative solutions to make our environment a better place.
Qualifications
10+ years architectural design experience focused on technical delivery.
Registered Architect.
Excellent communication skills to engage and lead various project stakeholders.
Expertise in BIM and Revit workflows, including integration with project management tools.
Produce and oversee the development of construction documents of various project sizes.
Proficient in developing project specifications.
Engage with and manage clients during project design and development.
Manage project budget, resources, and schedule.
Excel in cross-discipline coordination and project development.
Excel in performing internal quality control reviews for all disciplines.
Collaborate with contractors to bring construction to success.
Leadership experience in establishing scope and directing the work of professional architects and technical staff.
Engaged in mentoring and coaching junior architectural team members.
