Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive, long-term people strategy aligned with company goals
Serve as the principal advisor to the executive team on organizational and people-related matters
Oversee talent acquisition, leadership hiring, and organizational design initiatives
Required Qualifications
15+ years of progressive HR and People leadership experience, including executive-level roles
Experience as a CPO or equivalent in a high-growth organization
HR leadership experience in a publicly traded company
Proven ability to develop and execute people strategies that support organizational growth
Strong analytical background with experience in using data to guide decisions
