This Director-level position focuses on leading large-scale finance transformation engagements for mid-market and enterprise clients. The role goes beyond ERP deployment — you will reimagine operating models, redesign finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash), embed automation and analytics, and deliver measurable performance improvements.
You will also play a commercial role: sourcing new business, expanding client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the U.S. practice. The position involves reporting into senior leadership, managing multiple workstreams, leading teams across locations, and working directly with CFOs and executive teams.
Experience required:
10+ years in consulting with leadership experience in finance transformation/digital enablement
Proven track record of measurable impact (cost reduction, process efficiency, forecasting accuracy)
Experience with ERP/financial systems and enabling technologies (automation tools, analytics platforms)
Strong commercial skills: business development, proposals, client relationship expansion
Excellent communication and change management skills
