at our St. Louis pharmacy. Role Overview We are hiring a
senior-level specialty pharmacy technician
with strong experience in: Copay assistance programs Manufacturer patient support / bridge programs Uninsured patient assistance workflows 340B pharmacy operations This role requires independence, strong judgment, and comfort handling complex, high-dollar prescriptions end-to-end.
Retail-only candidates will not be a fit. Core Responsibilities Patient Access & Financial Assistance Manage manufacturer copay cards, bridge programs, and PAPs Support uninsured and underinsured patients through assistance pathways Conduct benefits investigations and resolve claim rejections Communicate cost and access information to patients and providers 340B Operations Demonstrate working knowledge of 340B fundamentals Support covered entity and contract pharmacy workflows Maintain compliant documentation and escalate issues appropriately Pharmacy Operations Process specialty prescriptions accurately Perform adjudication, data entry, and documentation Coordinate with pharmacists, billing, intake, and provider offices Maintain audit-ready records
