Financial Planning Analyst Key Responsibilities:
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Support the annual budget and rolling forecasts across departments
- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain models to analyze business performance and strategic initiatives
- Variance Analysis: Monitor and explain variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets
- Cross-functional Partnering: Collaborate with operations and service teams to understand business drivers
- Reporting: Prepare dashboards and financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
Financial Planning xrczosw Analyst Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; 2-4 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
- Advanced Excel skills required; SQL and Power BI experience a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex data for non-financial audiences
