What You'll Do
As a Systems Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting and optimizing enterprise applications that power the organization. You'll collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to identify needs, design solutions, and lead projects that enhance system performance and user experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support enterprise systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues; mentor lower-tier support teams.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable communication for stakeholders.
- Partner with business units to optimize system usage and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop project plans and ensure timely execution with proper documentation.
- Prepare business cases and present recommendations to leadership committees.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years managing enterprise applications (financial industry experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills-able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership skills to coach and support IT resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Education:
Associate's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
