As an Engineering Program Manager on our Hardware team, you will lead the development and execution of cuttingedge new hardware programs. Youll steer our crossfunctional efforts from prototype to production and guide the bringup of new products on new factory lines. Youll thrive at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, operations, and product management. This is a fulltime, inperson role based in our San Mateo, CA office.
Leverage your engineering foundation to derisk development and clear hurdles related to testing, line bringup, SOPs, factory flow, yield, and more
Own the build plan and unit allocation leading up to product launches
Coordinate with Engineering, Product Managers, and Supply Chain team members to define and execute the launch plan
Serve as the key point of contact for an international network of manufacturing partners
Guide compliance efforts, sustaining work, and postlaunch failure analysis efforts
S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
~ Strong technical knowledge of electrical design, validation and manufacturing; SMT exposure is a plus
~3+ years of experience in developing and manufacturing new electronics products
~ 3+ years of experience working with an overseas hardware supply chain
~ fluency in Mandarin is a plus
~ Flexible and adaptive in a fastpaced startup environment
~ Ability to travel internationally up to 20%

Below is the annual ontarget earnings (OTE) range for fulltime employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
