Looking for an entry-level insurance job in Minnesota with long-term stability and growth? A well-established State Farm agency in Golden Valley, MN is hiring a bilingual (Spanish/English) Insurance Customer Service Representative to support local customers with their insurance needs. Must be fluent in Spanish and English both verbal and written.
This role is ideal for someone early in their insurance career who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and working in a professional office environment.
An active Minnesota Property & Casualty insurance license is required prior to start date.
What Youll Do
- Provide excellent customer service to Minnesota policyholders in English and Spanish
- Assist customers with:
- Policy changes and updates
- Billing and payment questions
- Claims support and follow-ups
- Coverage and account inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer and policy records
- Learn State Farm products, systems, and procedures
- Work closely with a local team to meet daily service goals
What Were Looking For
- Active MN Property & Casualty insurance license (required before start)
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Customer service, office, or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with computers and learning new software systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
- ? Life & Health insurance license is a plus, but not required
