Your role involves monitoring access, assisting visitors, and providing exceptional customer service while helping to deter security-related incidents. You will utilize technology such as alarm panels and access control systems, contributing to a welcoming and secure environment that reflects our values of teamwork, integrity, and innovation.

- Greet visitors, employees, and/or contractors in a professional manner at the front desk of a retail distribution center location.
- Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises, following site-specific policies and procedures.
- Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of visitor and/or employee activity as required by site procedures.
- Communicate with site personnel and/or management regarding security-related matters as needed.
- Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, including contacting emergency services and following established protocols.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control or badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
