Actalent is hiring: Traveling Phlebotomy Specialist in Palm Desert

As a Phlebotomist, you will demonstrate proficiency in blood collection using venipuncture and capillary techniques from patients of all age groups, including pediatric blood collections and challenging draws in medical office buildings. Additionally, you will possess the skills necessary to provide orientation and training for patient service technicians. Perform blood collection using venipuncture and capillary techniques. * Conduct pediatric blood collections and handle difficult draws. * Provide orientation and training for patient service technicians. * Proficiency in venipuncture, neonatal and general phlebotomy. * Familiarity with the Cerner lab system. * Strong computer skills and customer service experience. High School Diploma. * The work environment includes outpatient clinics located in Coachella Valley, covering areas such as Palm Desert, Palm Springs, and Indio, CA.
