Role Overview

As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate , you will represent socially responsible brands and nonprofit partners through live events, retail activations, and community outreach campaigns . You will engage directly with the public, build brand awareness, support donor and customer acquisition, and gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing strategy, and community engagement .
Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations and mission-driven brands at retail events, pop-ups, and community outreach campaigns
• Engage with the public to build awareness, generate leads, and encourage participation
• Support customer engagement, donor acquisition, and retention initiatives
• Execute sales, marketing, and promotional strategies in collaboration with team members
• Track outreach performance using CRM tools and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness
• Participate in paid training programs, professional development sessions, and leadership workshops

Qualifications
