- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
- Monitor the premises for unusual activity, reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in controlling access to the location by verifying credentials and observing entry and exit points.
- Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns as they arise.
- Complete required reports and documentation related to security-related activities and incidents.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
