Position: Recruiter Location: Kahului, HI (Onsite) Pay: $50,000 to $60,000/year plus Commission! Experience: 1 year of working in a fast‑paced environment. Recruiting experience is preferred but not required. Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm Employers Options is seeking a Recruiter to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description Source, screen, and interview candidates for internal roles. Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and recruiting strategies. Manage the full recruitment cycle from posting to offer acceptance. Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS. Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding activities. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages of the process. Position Requirements Knowledge of the island of Maui. Be knowledgeable of or be willing to acquire an understanding of the local Hawaiian culture to cultivate client relationships. Technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and social media. Must demonstrate a strong customer focus and team orientation. Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Excellent interpersonal communication (verbal and written) skills. Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with time management. Ability to work with others respectfully and follow the company culture values.
