Senior Technical Project Manager

As a Senior Technical Project Manager with Resource Data, youll help scope and deliver custom software solutions that elevate enterprise systems efficiency, performance, and value. Youll join a team of technical consultants to help provide solutions to our clients most challenging enterprise IT problems. As a member of this team, you will also be responsible for eliciting, analyzing and documenting requirements as needed, including determination of system impact and software configuration. You will work closely with the client to understand both their business processes and IT needs to deliver projects within scope, timeline and budget. Key Responsibilities Developproject charters, budgets, plans,and overall scope for client-facing IT projects Liaise between client and internal project teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of defined scopes and budget. Workwith the project team to document standards, project deliverables, and requirements Collectinformation through subject matter interviews, business documents, project notes, and other contextual information Documenttechnical and business processes/workflows in narrative and diagrammatic forms following Resource Data, client, and industry standards and guidelines Lead and direct teams of software developers, business analysts, testers, and architects to deliver on client projects Mitigate risks and proactively identify and resolve project issues Basic Qualifications 5+ years' experience leading software development projects on Agile teams 3+ years of experience with technical writing for audiences such as Software Engineers, System Administrators, or other IT and business professionals Proven ability to manage projects with $100k+ budgets Proficiency with project management planning and reporting tools Experience writing user stories and gathering technical requirements Preferred Qualifications Experience working directly with clients in a consultingrole PMP certification is a plus Experience consulting with state and federal agencies a plus #LI-Hybrid About Us For more than 37 years, weve designed and built innovative technology solutions for our clients most complex challenges.
