Azure Platform Engineer

- English communication skills advanced (Mandatory) Experience working with, managing, and optimizing Azure cloud PaaS services such as AI/ML/Analytics, Databases, Monitor, Storage, Entra AD/Azure IAM/RBAC, Logic/Function Apps, and App services/App service plans. Experience as an Azure Databricks workspace admin, including Unity Catalog metastore administration, using Databricks REST API, and securing and preparing Databricks for scalable usage. Experience working with Azure DevOps, CI/CD build and release pipelines, governing organizations, projects, and project access control. Experience as a Linux admin, including OS patching, server migration, and vulnerability management. Experience supporting and collaborating with data engineers, data scientists, solution architects, and business/data analysts (platform end users). Understanding of various data-based products such as AI and machine learning solutions, data curation pipelines, Power BI dashboards, and front-end data applications. Languages: Bash, Python, SQL, YAML. Preferred: Experience working with Snowflake as a platform admin/engineer, managing the platform, and securing and preparing Snowflake for scalable usage. Experience developing Terraform scripts and modules, working with Terraform providers (Azure, Databricks, Snowflake). Ability to communicate best practices for platform design and usage, and translate these into visual diagrams. Languages: Spark, Terraform.
