IT Support Engineer Koester Corporation – Napoleon, OH 43545 Pay: $28 – $45/hour, depending on experience Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site/In Person (Napoleon, OH) About Us: Koester Corporation, based in Napoleon, Ohio, is seeking an IT Support Engineer to support our growing customer base and help maintain and improve our internal IT infrastructure. Essential Skills and Duties: Provide IT support for PCs and, Networks, Servers for our site. (Windows Server, Windows OS, ect.) Support backups Support Cybersecurity practices Maintain and updated System documentation Collaborate with the engineering team to trouble shoot, develop, and maintain SCADA systems and interfaces between systems, and databases. Perform troubleshooting of network infrastructure. Perform laptop, desktop, and server deployments, including hardware, and software configurations Travel May be required when supporting our customers Communications skills. Minimum Qualifications: · Degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field · Proficient in Windows environments, networking, and server maintenance · Familiarity with SQL, scripting (Python, PowerShell, VB, etc.) · Competency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Bonus Qualifications: · Experience in industrial environments · Experience with PLC/HMIs or AutoCAD.
