We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Marketing Director
to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive census growth, promote our services, and build strong community and referral partnerships. The Marketing Director is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing and census development strategies. This individual will collaborate with facility leadership and admissions teams to maintain and grow referrals, build relationships with hospitals and community organizations, and increase overall visibility in the market. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing plans that align with facility goals for census and revenue growth Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, social workers, and community agencies Conduct community outreach and represent the facility at networking events, health fairs, and senior-focused programs Identify new business opportunities and referral partnerships to drive admissions Track and analyze referral data, census trends, and marketing ROI Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, website updates, and email campaigns Collaborate with admissions, clinical, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Create and maintain marketing materials, brochures, and promotional tools Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required At least one year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting preferred Proven track record of achieving or exceeding census targets Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to travel locally and represent the facility in a professional manner Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, managed care, and referral networks a plus Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Why Join Us?
