Senior Manager, Social Media & Influencer Marketing
Location: Bridgewater, NJ At Ceva Animal Health, we're driven by a passion for enhancing the lives of pets, livestock, and their human companions. As a global leader in animal health, our Companion Animal portfolio features beloved brands like Feliway, ThunderWorks, and Douxo. We're looking for a strategic, creative, and collaborative Senior Manager, Social Media & Influencer Marketing to lead the social, influencer, commerce, and reputation strategy for our U.S. Companion Animal brands. Reporting to the Head of Digital & Media, you'll shape and execute integrated strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales through social media campaigns, influencer programs, and community building. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals. Manage content creation, planning, and storytelling across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc. Lead internal creative teams to produce engaging, platform-specific content. Build and manage influencer programs, including macro, micro, and nano-influencers. Establish and negotiate influencer partnerships that align with brand values. Monitor and optimize influencer campaigns for maximum impact. Oversee community management to foster engagement and maintain brand voice. Utilize social listening tools for consumer insights and competitive intelligence. Provide insights and recommendations to marketing, product, and customer service teams. Manage brand reputation and respond to crises swiftly and appropriately. Explore and activate social commerce opportunities like shoppable posts and live streaming. Collaborate with eCommerce and Retail Marketing teams to drive sales. Define KPIs and report on social media and influencer marketing performance. Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies. Core Competencies:

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related; Master’s preferred. 7+ years in social media, influencer marketing, and community management, preferably in CPG, pet care, or health & wellness sectors. At least 2 years managing teams and agency partners. Proven success with social media strategies and tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Aspire). Experience with social commerce and driving conversions. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Travel:
