We’re seeking a strategic thinker and data storyteller to lead our Partner Intelligence efforts and help schools achieve their full digital potential.
As Director of Partner Intelligence, you’ll tell the story behind the data—creating benchmarks, best practices, and insights that drive fan engagement, revenue growth, and innovation for our partner schools. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and partner development
What You’ll Do Lead business intelligence initiatives, overseeing analytics, research, and insight generation. Analyze performance data and digital trends to surface opportunities for client growth. Develop and share benchmarks, case studies, and best practices that guide schools toward measurable success. Partner with internal teams to integrate data-driven recommendations into Sidearm’s broader strategy, including product, sponsorship and third-party integrations Conduct forward-looking research to keep schools ahead of industry trends. Act as a thought leader—presenting insights to clients, internal stakeholders, and Learfield leadership. What You Bring 8+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or strategic planning. Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies. Experience leading teams and delivering high-impact case studies and research findings. Strong collaboration skills in matrixed organizations. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Background in sports, media, or technology industries preferred.
