We are seeking a dedicated Infrastructure Engineer to joinour team at IntrasCloudServices(ICS). The successful candidate will architect,implement, and support hybrid on?premisesandAzure infrastructure for ourcustomers while serving as an escalation resource for the ICS Global SupportOperations Center (GSOC). This role requires a proactive approach, excellentcommunication skills, and the ability to function effectively in a fast?pacedenvironment.
Design,deploy, and maintain hybrid infrastructure WindowsServer, VMware/Hyper?V, andAzure IaaS/PaaS (VMs, VNets, storage, backup, monitoring).
Project?baseddelivery scoping,planning, and executing infrastructure projects (migrations, upgrades, DRimplementations) in collaboration with ICS project managers and customerstakeholders.
Escalationsupport act as atechnical escalation point for the ICS Global Support Operations Center,providing advanced troubleshooting and guidance to L1/L2 analysts,ensuring correct routing and resolution of incidents.
Systemadministration & patching performscheduled OS/firmware updates, apply security baselines, and remediatevulnerabilities to keep platforms reliable and compliant.
Infrastructureautomation createand maintain PowerShell, Bicep, or Terraform scripts to acceleratedeployments and enforce configuration consistency.
Capacityand performance tuning monitorutilization, recommend scaling or optimization actions, and participate inregular health checks.
Documentation& knowledge sharing producerunbooks, architecture diagrams, and ticket notes; maintain an accurateknowledge base.
Continuousimprovement providefeedback on processes, tooling, and standards; collaborate with leadershipto enhance service quality.
Takeon additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.
Requirements
46 years administering enterpriseWindowsServer,virtualization, networking, and storage, with at least 2years hands ? on Azureexperience.
Proficiencywith PowerShell and infrastructure ? as ? code (ARM/Bicep or Terraform).
Solidunderstanding of identity & access (EntraID, RBAC), security hardening, and backup/DRstrategies.
Stronganalytical, problem ? solving, and documentation skills; able to thrivein a fast ? paced MSP environment.
Theability to multi-task and mantain good communications is a must.
Excellentorganizational skills and strong attention to detail
Excellentwritten and oral communication skills
Excellentwritten problem analysis and solving skills
Self-starter,dependable and accurate in completing tasks with strong attention todetail.
Abilityto function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hybrid role requiring that theselected candidate be able to work four days per normal work week in the IntrasCloud Services offices in Dallas, Texas.
