You’ll need to pivot when required, support your team through challenges, and communicate with clarity and urgency. If you have a track record of leading large commercial concrete projects and are known for having "command presence" in high-stakes environments—this is your stage.
Key Responsibilities
Lead operational oversight of 3–6 large-scale concrete projects simultaneously.
Provide coaching and structure to PMs and Superintendents—ensure they know what they’re focused on and how to execute.
Guide preconstruction and BD teams to chase and win the right work.
Review and act on project data—use KPIs, schedule, budget, and safety metrics to identify opportunities and drive accountability.
Own manpower planning and team resource alignment across projects.
