About this Role: The role of the Systems Support Analyst is to independently analyze and review FI$Cal coding requests from budget analysts, programs and accounting staff. This position is responsible for FI$Cal table and allocation maintenance and assisting with Cost Allocation and SWCAP. The incumbent is required to provide guidance to budget analysts, program staff, and accounting staff regarding all aspects of FI$Cal including but not limited to FI$Cal month-end/year-end process. This position also requires the incumbent to perform complex analysis and reconciliation of accounting records, perform monthly Labor Distribution in the FI$Cal system and process labor correction as needed. Assist in processing the Enterprise Innovation and Technology Services’ (EITS) Cost and Billing System (CAB) process for the division’s monthly cost associated with invoices, salary, and benefits.
