Financial Analyst
Compensation: $70,000-85,000 + bonus
Work Model: Hybrid (2-3 days in Fairfield County office)

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly and quarterly forecasting processes, including revenue, operating expenses, and headcount.
- Maintain and update financial models to support budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Prepare monthly reporting packages and dashboards for leadership, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Support ad hoc analyses related to capital projects, cost initiatives, and strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with department leaders to validate assumptions and track KPIs.
- Contribute to process improvements by helping to streamline workflows, standardize reporting, and enhance planning tools and ERP systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ability to work with large datasets.
- Familiarity with ERP or planning tools; NetSuite experience is a plus.
