Full-Time Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual
HR Generalist
to support day-to-day human resources operations within a manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with plant leadership and employees to ensure consistent application of HR policies, strong employee engagement, and compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate is hands-on, approachable, and comfortable supporting a fast-paced production operation. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR contact for plant employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general HR questions
Facilitate new hire orientation, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time
Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS system
Support employee relations activities, including performance management, investigations, and corrective action processes
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications
Participate in annual HR processes such as performance reviews, open enrollment, compensation updates, and policy revisions
Coordinate required trainings and maintain accurate training records
Support timekeeping, attendance tracking, and payroll-related changes in partnership with the payroll team
Assist with full-cycle recruiting for temporary and permanent roles, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
Ensure HR practices remain compliant with employment laws and company policies while maintaining confidentiality
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of
3 years of progressive HR experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
(verbal and written)
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Paycom preferred)
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust and credibility with employees and leadership
Self-directed, dependable, and detail-oriented
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Willingness to support a
24/7 manufacturing operation
as needed
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation for this role ranges from
$67,000–$76,000 , depending on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, and life insurance.
