The 3 A's Body Dynamics is a member of The Movement for Life (M4L) family of Physical Therapy clinics. The MFL team provides a great working environment for both our team of professionals as well as the clients we serve. The Role The Clinic Director role works to inspire staff and lead a team of leaders, facilitating the growth and development of all. The Clinic Director has client‑facing, community‑facing, and team‑management responsibilities and seeks to grow the reach and impact of the clinic through relationship building with businesses and community members with the support of a Practice Liaison. Through their leadership, the Clinic Director is directly accountable for revenue growth, profitability, and developing synergy among the clinic’s interdisciplinary staff of physical therapists, fitness trainers, massage therapists and mental health counselors. Further, they are responsible for ensuring the quality and smooth execution of all aspects of client care and facility management. The Clinic Director supports, disseminates, and enforces all company policies and programs as they pertain to individual clinic operation. This position requires a full‑time (40 hour +) weekly time commitment including client care. Duties include:
Clinic Staff Management
Marketing / Business Development
Business / Operational measures for clinic
Client Care Management
Ensures support and execution of company programs
General Administrative Duties & Communication
Direct Client Care generally 20-25 hours/week in addition to the above duties
Primary Objectives
Develop a client‑centered clinic culture that emphasizes relationships over transactions in the delivery of premium services in a respectful, positive fashion that emphasizes the three A’s listed above.
Develop and maintain a supportive employee clinic culture that emphasizes community‑building, quality client care, continuous staff development and a positive, rewarding work environment.
Integrate into the medical, wellness and general community that the clinic and clinic team serves.
Support and execute the company mission statement: We provide flexible and early access to rehabilitation, lifestyle support, and movement enhancement services delivered by a team of professionals with exceptional ability in a friendly atmosphere that prioritizes collaboration among our team, our clients, and the communities we serve.
